So much of our health depends on how deeply connected we are to our own bodies. In this workshop we will learn about and practice the Tibetan Rites, a powerful movement based meditation that helps us to take control of our health and increase our healing energy force.

There are so many conversations about health that we aren't having out in the open because we haven't started having them with ourselves. Join us for this movement based conversation that will initiate increased connection to self and boost mobility & vitality. Tibetan Rites are a gentle, yet powerful movement based meditation known to increase our healing energy force.
- Explore what comes up for us in regards to our health right now
- Practice traditional and modified Tibetan Rites
- Create a plan to implement a daily Tibetan Rites practice for the next 10 weeks
