About the Event
Breanna and Jasmine Day are NASM Certified Personal trainers aiming to share fitness programming and life hacks to make every day a little bit easier to move through. In this class, we'll be setting health goals that are deeper than aesthetics and rooted in what we can gain by nourishing our bodies. We'll learn the basics of building a fitness program to meet our individual needs and work through a group excercise together to integrate key takeaways.
This meeting will be hosted live on Zoom and resources will be emailed to participants after the call. We will email out a Zoom link an hour before class starts.
