
This role requires a witty, creative and highly organized person to lead the day-to-day platform management for Strong Black Lead social handles. This person should have a passion for Black culture and entertainment, even if the work they’re currently doing is focused on targeting the Black audience. It’s most important that they can authentically relate to the community they’re managing and the content/copy they’re producing, because they too understand what it means to be a Black person in the United States. This person is up to date on marketing trends, knows the most impactful influencers in the space, and is driven by growth and engagement of our various platforms. Needs strong editorial judgment, sharp copy-writing skills, deeply values organization, and has the ability to make quick decisions/react to social conversation in a way that elevates the Netflix brand.
